Einleitung:
An exiting opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our rapidly growing German business, Matchtech GmbH, based in Stuttgart.
Beschreibung:
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate tenacity, determination and strong telephone and face-to-face sales skills together with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be a consistent target hitter and an ambitious person who is motivated and driven.
You will be working with a range of clients throughout Germany and will be responsible for developing relationships, picking up vacancies and placing candidates into these roles.
This position will involve plenty of business development as well as placing some of the highest calibre engineers into high profile organisations.
The most important aspects that we look for in a potential Recruitment Consultant are more to do with personality and attitude. Our consultants are determined, driven, ambitious and competitive sales people who are able to build relationships over the telephone and make opportunities for themselves and their team.
