Einleitung:
Our client is a leading company in the design and manufacture of Aircraft cabin interiors. They are currently looking to strengthen their team with an additional Certification - Systems Engineer. This is a permanent position.
Beschreibung:
Ihre Aufgabe bei uns:
- Erstellen von Zertifizierungsdokumenten (Testplan/Report für Fire Properties,
Lüftung und Kühlung, Vergleichsdokumente, FMEA- Reports, ATP-Dokumente)
- Prüfung oder Freigabe der Zertifizierungsdokumente
- Planung und Durchführung von Zertifizierungs– und Engineeringtests
- Festlegung von Korrekturmaßnahmen nach Testfehlern
- Begleitung der Konstruktion und Fertigung
- Prüfung und Freigabe von konstruktiven Änderungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Zertifizierungsabteilungen von Kunden und Flugzeugherstellern
Unsere Anforderung an Sie:
- Diplom-Ingenieur oder Techniker der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Klimatechnik oder
Maschinenbau oder vergleichbarer Abschluss
- Kenntnisse der Luftfahrtrecht- und Luftfahrtzulassungsprozesse
- Projektmanagement-Kenntnisse
- Fachkenntnisse in Lüftungs- und Kühlungsberechnung, Brandnachweisführung
und Materialprüfung
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
Your tasks:
- Creation of certification documents (Test Plan / Report for Fire Properties, Ventilation and cooling, comparison documents, FMEA reports, ATP-documents)
- Testing or release of the certification documents
- Planning and implementation of certification and engineering tests
- Adoption of corrective measures on the test errors
- Contributing to the design and manufacture
- Consideration and approval of design changes
- Cooperation with certification departments of customers and aircraft manufacturers
Required Skills:
- Dipl. Engineer in Aerospace Technology, Air Conditioning, Mechanical Engineering or comparable degree / experience
- Knowledge of aviation law and aircraft certification processes
- Project management skills
- Expertise in ventilation and cooling calculation, fire verification and Materials
- Very good English skills in speaking and writing
- Good MS Office skills
