Introduction:
Our client, a leading manufacturer of precision surgical instruments is looking for an Engineering consultant to assist with the introduction of lean manufacturing processes in their Russian based production facilities.

Specification:
Key Responsibilities

- Implement lean manufacturing processes for surgical instrumentation production lines.
- Training, technical support and further development of processes / production technologies.
- Planning and implementation of process and product validations.
- Factual and timely planning of production technology, from planning to implementation / commissioning.
- Development and implementation of process-streamlining projects.

Experience
- In depth experience of working in a surgical instrumentation manufacturing / production facility is essential.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Analytical thinking and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently.

Ideally candidates will have worked for one of the major medical instrument manufacturers based in Tuttlingen.

This is a Germany based, home-office role, the position would also require frequent trips to Russia.

At present we are looking at a 6 month contract for the right candidate.
