Einleitung:
Our client requires an HR Manager to join their management team and deliver a comprehensive, professional HR service and provide subject matter expertise for local senior management.

Beschreibung:
Key Tasks:

- Act as the Subject Matter Expert on employment law / statutory issues, providing professional advice and support to ensure legal compliance and senior / line management have the appropriate legislative knowledge to manage the workforce effectively.
- Assist Area management teams in the development and implementation of resourcing requirements / plan, organizational structures, role design and job analysis to ensure consistency across the business.
- Provide HR expertise and support to senior / line management with regard to employee relations matters such as attendance / absence management and disciplinary / grievance / performance matters in line with company policy / procedure and legislation thereby minimizing risk to the business.

Required Qualifications / Experience

- CIPD qualification (or German equivalent).
- Proven experience in a challenging operational HR role.
- Proven evidence of supporting / advising on change management and experience of ARD / TUPE transfers and processes.
- Significant employee resourcing and employee relations experience.
- Experience of development of activities for HR policies, procedures, strategies, plans and systems relevant to Germany.

- Excellent organization and communication skills (written and spoken).
- Good IT skills with a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
- Operate as an active member of the Management team, contributing to all aspects of the team’s management of the business at operational level and provide comprehensive HR support.
- Manage employee resourcing activities from approval to recruit through to induction to the business ensuring legislation and best practice underpins these activities.
- Manage and co-ordinate the impact of operational changes within each team functions highlighting and addressing HR issues which could have a potential impact on the business.
- Build and develop effective working relationships with all relevant stakeholders including senior / line management, Works Councils, the workforce and the HR team and play a key role in managing employee communication locally.
- Contribute to HR policy / procedure design and development in line with statutory obligations and best practice.
- Work with senior management to determine and implement training / development / succession plans and identify career opportunities to assist with up-skilling and retention of the workforce.

Supporting Skills, and Knowledge:
- Experience of operating in a multi site environment which encompasses different terms and conditions / benefits .
- German National with fluent written and spoken English.
- Full driving license.
