This is a sales-based role; you must have the ability to demonstrate that you are a result driven individual.
Your duties will include:
- Acting as an intermediary, identifying and sourcing suitably qualified candidates on behalf of clients
- Performing candidate interviews, by phone or in person
- Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer stage and beyond
- Developing strong client relationships and establishing a good B2B network
The successful consultant will be:
- Fluent in German and English
- Enthusiastic, dynamic and open-minded
- Self-motivated with the desire to progress in a business to business commercial environment
- Implementation-oriented with excellent communication and organisational skills
Knowledge of the organisational structures in the Aviation / Auto / Energy industries is an advantage
Successful candidates will be required to complete 1-2 weeks in-house training in Fareham, England
