Your tasks:

• As the main contact person for our customers you build solid and long-term business relations and lead an international project team.
• Your core functions are to be responsible for the whole project related communication, to allocate subtasks to responsible departments and to have an overview over the project handling regarding to time and costs.
• You are always aware of the financial, legal and technical consequences of your actions and you are familiar with enduring Claim Management. Especially in proceedings with business partners you use your decision competencies in order to achieve the best possible result and to make our customers satisfied.
• With your know-how in project managing you support the quotations department with the development of competitive offers.
• After successfully realizing your project you assign the customer service to the aftermarket department and you give advice in case of problems.

Your profile:

• You successfully finished your studies in engineering and you have extensive mercantile comprehension.
• You have solid work experience in a comparable industry area.
• You are familiar with established management tools, project management and planning techniques.
• You are able to solve complex problems and conflicts efficiently and with diplomatic competencies.
• You have good English skills. Also you are characterized by good communication and negotiating skills.
